All I needed to do was drop off a sample for my dad and wrote that down but they didn't seem to care - took them 20 minutes to even look at the sign in sheet and when I went up to ask if I could just drop off when I finally saw someone at the window the lady immediately got up and walked off without acknowledging me - guess she didn't want to deal with me!
Been here long enough to circle the earth on foot....never again
