My husband had his truck dropped off here because it needed a simple electronic program. Let me add that he knows cars, so this was not something he was guessing about. The job should have been a straightforward 200 dollar programming service. Instead, they called him saying they could not program it and claimed he needed a whole new turbo which would cost over 6000 dollars. Do not go get your transmission done here had my car they for over a week just to tell me there is nothing wrong with just to try to call them to ask about my warranty couldn't get a hold of someone and when I did the just hang up on me.had to call the warranty place just for them to go to the other dealership that found the problem in one day that my transmission is bad 👎 that the atf oil was burnt that the other mechanic should have done will not be returning they again negative 5 stars.
I paid for a door handle replacement, including both the part and labor, on April 30. I was scheduled to bring the vehicle in the next day, May 1. After dropping it off and waiting for about two hours, I was informed they didn’t have the part and that I would need to return around May 5. While the staff were friendly and apologetic, this was an incredibly frustrating and avoidable waste of time.
