I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them if they could check out why my check engine light came on? The advisor Ashley told me it would take 1-2 days to check it out. I would have given a half star if it would have allowed me to. My family and I have purchased vehicles from Baytown Nissan since the mid 1980's when they were still located on North Main near Ward Rd. Collectively we have probably purchased about 15 new and used cars from them. After a recent experience with the service department and dealership management, my family and I will NEVER buy or take a car for service to them ever again. I have had better experiences with the service department in the past. The work was excellent, but the service advisor (Kacy) was the worst. She was very unprofessional, rude, and confrontational. I had a bad experience this time
