I honestly cannot say enough good things about the service team at Baytown Hyundai. I scheduled my first maintenance service online. My advisor, Joshua/Josh, was transparent and trustworthy and accommodating to add the Auto Butler which I could not find when I scheduled my first maintenance service. I dropped off my car to take care of a number of issues. I was emailed with all the problems that were found as well as the cost of each repair. I feel my car was in good hands, and I absolutely will take it back should the need arise.
Joshua and his team have been awesome. I needed a warranty covered major repair and they got right on it, got it approved and got me into a loaner. They are THE reason I looking to purchase my new car at Baytown Hyundai. The communication and service have been top notch!
