I have been very patient with this team at Baytown Hyundai but I am not impressed. My personal warranty coverage covered the costs of replacing my engine. Baytown Hyundai did the labor. This was done in December 2024. Currently my engine light comes in and each time I will take it to Baytown Hyundai and I’m told something different exact time but it’s always a part that is not related to the work they have done so it’s $120 diagnostic fee every time. I had an appointment for an oil change at 730. Just an oil change and tire rotation first in the office and it took 2 hours. More worried above seller service than getting work for the appointment
