Terrible gym customer service. Will tell you he will cancel your membership then will forget and charge you. Took him 3 months to do and then never got my refund. Would recommend any gym in Baytown over this place. Equipment not great either.

Told the owner I wanted to cancel membership he said ok then still charged my account. There's like 4 different numbers to call from and none are successful. I don't recommend

The owner Moses was very rude. Could of explained hisself professionally given the situation at hand, but instead chose to hang up on my face. Not very professional for someone who owns a business. I was not rude either, but hanging up in someone’s face instead of clarifying things is very childish.
