Worst experience! I dropped my truck off on a Saturday and told them I was getting a throttle response code, I was told It would probably be Wednesday before they look at it, I thought that was a bit long but ok fine. Wednesday rolls around I wait all day but no call, so I called to check but they said they still had not had the chance to look at it and they would call me back Thursday.. Fast, convenient, friendly & loved that it was done at my home!
Consistently poor quailty of repairs and customer service. I reluctantly took my vehicle back to their service center for front rotor, brake and axel repairs. I even requested to speak with the service manager to ask her to please be involved with my repairs as I've had bad experiences there before. When I received my quote for repairs it was ~$5k. Some of the cost of parts seems unusually high so I contacted Randall Reed Ford in Humble... my preferred dealership. Ten of the 12 parts quoted were $90-$150 more EACH at Baytown... read more
Excellent service, I had issues with the transmission on my Ford F150. It took a while but I was kept in the loop of all the process and Ms. Amber was very polite and understanding. I even got a loaner from them while my vehicle was being serviced. I had a different issue and took it back to them and they were very efficient and helpful.
