Very nice and respectful. They do a great job this is my second time going to them and wouldn't choose any other place to go to get my truck repaired after an incident or accident.
Dropped off my car at 4:50PM 12/12/11 and was told that given the damage estimate my car would be ready Saturday 12/17/11 or at the latest 12/19/11. I called on wedneday 12/14/11 and left a message for the geico guy (kobe) to call me back. he never did. I called back friday to see the status of my car on 12/16/11 and again left a message for kobe with no call back. So i call monday 12/19/11 and leave a message for kobe.
