Came to repair our refrigerator but had no clue. He told my husband he will return and we never heard from them. We called the company several times left messages but no call back from them. Terrible service. They were contracted by home warranty.

Friendly when he came over (paid for by home warranty). Their follow up was horrible. They were supposed to call the following week after doing some online research for parts but never did.

I needed some help with a faulty Dishwasher and he came fixed the issue in no time! It was great to see a tradesman who knows what he’s doing and was happy to get in and get the job done quickly! Total legend

My experience with them is bad. We had a dishwasher which stops in the middle of the cycle. It does;t happen all the times but most of the time it stops in the middle. My warranty company assigned them as vendor. The guys showed up and first think he said "i don't have any tool to check it out unless it stops in front of me and my wife work for NASA and they also don't have tools to fix their problem."
