Couldn’t ask for better service! I was really impressed. I couldn’t get a part for my truck from the dealership though they did say I would have to replace the whole radiator… but said go to the guys at Bayswater Radiators first, they might be able to help. Showed Ash a photo and he gave me the part for free while mentioning it might be the wrong size but remove the old one and let us know. I was told my 2008 Prado needed a new radiator. Knew it would not be cheap. "Bit-the-bullet", heard Bayswater Road Radiators were the specialists. They had the radiator I needed, booked me same day. Got a call from Troy, half an hour after I dropped the Prado in, I didn't need a radiator - but did need a new water pump and timing belt. They didn't do that, but put me on to someone who did. "We don't fix things that don't need fixing," said Troy. Thanks, mate. I know where to go when I DO need a radiator.
Troy gave me an amazing price on a radiator for my car. My usual mechanic canceled on my and that same afternoon he made the guys available to install it at an even better price than what was quoted elsewhere. A++ service, gained new client.
Great service, reliable, honest and very professional. Took us is with no appointments abd fixed the problem quickly and well. Very recommended!
My EH was running hot, dropped in to see the team and after running me through what the game plan was to rod the radiator, flush it and give it a birthday. Couldn’t be happier with how it’s running at the right temperature.
