The metal fixing ring from the foam brush’s tube had fallen off. By the time I noticed the problem, the ring had already been sitting on my car roof for a while. I pointed it out to the manager, but I wasn’t happy — everyone knows that could cause swirl marks. My car was only two weeks old. The manager admitted the fixing ring “shouldn’t be there,” but when I raised my concern, he just said “no scratch” without even apologizing. It felt arrogant. I guess the car wash bays at those fuel stations are better.
Disappointed with auto wash. Paid for top quality washh and have dirty spots all over car. Not happy will not be back.
My vehicle is 2.3 metres high. Is there a chance you may purchase a platform in one of the bays so the roof of a van can be washed? Thanks
