Took my brand new Tesla model y for a first wash at one of the self wash bays, what a mistake that was. The brush in that bay was either contaminated or there was something sharp in it. The car is covered in fine scratches all over its body. The owner not returning call even though i left a message. Really really bad, stay away from this terrible car wash.

The Automatic wash is completely broken. I was scared the whole time I was inside the car when it started. I selected the super wash or the supreme wash, the best one here. First they put the soap all over the car and next the air blower started. I couldn’t see anything from inside. But after soap it’s supposed to rinse it instead it started blowing air in very high pressure. It was making weird noise and too much pressure on the water.
