You pay for what you get, so lower your expectations and you will be fine here 😆 Only feedback is the room we got, the window cannot be locked (felt alittle unsafe) and the room as a whole was quite dusty. Other than that, location is really good, and all basic requirements of a room to sleep in is met. Good bed and pillows too.

The room doesn’t keep out noise from the corridors, it got noisy as our room was next to the shared bathroom. The first night, someone tried to open our door. The second night, someone was smoking on the floor we were on, the smell filled the whole corridor, our room & bathroom. Management kept suggesting it was coming from outside. The issue was not handled professionally. As there’s no front desk, there’s no real help or accountability. There’s plenty of real hotels around, would not recommend here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the BBL Potts Point and was more comfortable than my prior nights stay in a far more prominent hotel. The hotel is in a perfect position to enjoy the Sydney CBD surrounds. Old but very charming. The service and communication from the proprietors was nothing short of first class. I don't like wasting money on accommodation when I could put to my days adventures. Highly recommend the BBL.
