Stayed here with a friend this week. Rooms were subpar and the amenities very bare bones. Cleaning service seems to be lacking at this hotel also. Staff weren’t very friendly, the receptionist particularly (I presume Donia?) didn’t give us the warm greeting we expected. Only saving grace is the location for this one.
Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato qui circa 5 giorni in una stanza ampia, luminosa con bagno privato (amici italiani, purtroppo in Australia non è una cosa da dare per scontato e non hanno il bidet quindi tenete a mente ). La stanza aveva piccola un'area cucinotto con mini frigo, microonde e un lavandino il che ci ha permesso di evitare di mangiare fuori ogni giorno. Great value for money, location was great. Communication with manager was great and always keen to help. I will be back.
Clean tidy rooms, cute vintage decor, great customer service. Central location with lots of restaurants nearby.
Nice tidy rooms, shared bathrooms were good quality and hygienic, service was excellent, overall a wonderful stay!
