Gabriel & Natalie who work in the office are very friendly & professional, Gabriel goes above & beyond to accommodate when I was setting up time to view the apartments and & listens to your needs or any questions. I’m excited to have a view outside my balcony of Mt. Rainier. Even met my next door neighbor who has lived @ Bayswater for 20 years. The office staff get back to you in a timely manner. I wanted to apply and the office people said they needed to email me the application and would likely send it the same day if not the following Monday. Monday came and went after me calling again and them saying “they’re working on it” then I called Tuesday because I still hadn’t received anything and they said someone else already applied. Really upsetting considering I was first and they simply never sent me the application.
Limited parking
I`ve been here since May 2017 and I`ve seen a lot of changes including going on my 5th different manager at this apartment complex. Roberto is a great manager for Bayswater and i hope he continues to stay on. He`s caring and a very understanding manager and i`m grateful to still be here. This is an apartment complex i would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home. Thank You to everyone at Bayswater for making this possible for me.
Bayswater apartments are attractively decorated. it is a quiet and small community. I love living in University Place. It is a rural, nice community and we have plenty of services supplied locally.
