I was incredibly upset by the treatment that I received here. It all started when I initially found out i was pregnant and called to set up an apt. I let the receptionist know that i had a history of miscarriage and had some concerns. I was not asking for an early ultrasound, simply for some bloodwork to make sure that my HCG was appropriate and to ease my concerns until i could be seen by a dr ( at 12 weeks) she told me that was not an options (ive had it done at my previous doctor with previous pregnancy) after much back a... read more
This is a very disappointing practice. I was seen here for annual gyn in 2022 - when Mary Lane was still a place. Nice provider and no issues but they never send reminders that you are due for a visit. I finally called myself - first pressing 2 (9 min hold); call back press 1 (8 min hold); call back press 5 and finally get someone who tells me that I am now considered a new patient since it's been 3 yrs and they have no openings for a new patient. Wow! Really?!
Have been with the practice for over 5 years and am extremely happy! Couldn’t have asked for better!
