I used Sarah Todd for my entire pregnancy with my 6 year old. I still go there for myself now. Sarah is always very nice and professional.
UPDATE: Just received a collection notice in the mail. This has officially become a legal case. I had my first visit last fall where all went seemingly well…until I received a bill for almost $1,150 in lab fees that I never ordered/nor was consulted about during my appt. My OBGYN visits were great with Sara Todd up until I got pregnant. (Sara Todd had nothing to do with the situation, SHE is still amazing). Baystate needs to change their communication choice with pregnant woman. Only being able to communicate through the Baystate portal is ridiculous. It took over 10 messages to receive a date to be seen because they kept “not receiving a response from me” I would send them the screenshots clearly showing that I responded in hopes they would realize their system is backward.
