I have had nothing but positive encounters at this office and the staff are very friendly and informative. I received my appointment reminders multiple times and had to confirm my appointment a few days before the actual date.
Terrible communication. Be ready to contact them several times a day and be promised that they are moving forward with ur care when they are certainly not. Took me 5 days and 10 phone calls (including 2 to an on-call provider and 1 to a separate branch) to even make them speak to me for 5 minutes about complications I was having. They then proceeded to not put in a simple prescription to my pharmacy after I called them 6 times in one day and my pharmacy contacted them twice. Worst medical care of my life. Heidi Moskovitz ruined my life when she improperly removed a copper IUD, causing it to break inside me. She was insensitive, made jokes about it and minimized the impact it would have on my life. Later I would have a 6 hour surgery to remove the piece and after this I started experiencing severe symptoms with my bladder as a result of the surgery.
