Dr Fisher saved my life. I had fibroids and ended up in the hospital 5 different times for blood transfusions. Dr Fisher had me admitted to the hospital before I even got there. Dr Fisher and the staff at Baystate OBGYN are amazing!!!
Honestly I do not have a problem with the drs or nurses but their phone system is absolutely terrible. On hold 15+ mins now just to reschedule an appointment. Everytime I call it’s a 10-20min wait on hold. If your office cannot keep up with the call volume consider hiring more staff or staff that will actually answer the phone. After I am done with this pregnancy I will be moving out of BAYSTATE practices completely. Edit: on hold 20mins before system hung up on me. Had to call back. I have had nothing but positive encounters at this office and the staff are very friendly and informative. I received my appointment reminders multiple times and had to confirm my appointment a few days before the actual date.
Terrible communication. Be ready to contact them several times a day and be promised that they are moving forward with ur care when they are certainly not. Took me 5 days and 10 phone calls (including 2 to an on-call provider and 1 to a separate branch) to even make them speak to me for 5 minutes about complications I was having. They then proceeded to not put in a simple prescription to my pharmacy after I called them 6 times in one day and my pharmacy contacted them twice.
