Went to Wing ER Saturday w/ severe abdominal pain. Was brought to triage given Covid test, temp,urine and blood then sent to the waiting room for 5ths. At hour 3 after crying in pain right in front of the front desk I asked for Tylenol for the pain. Was told I will ask then 5mins later the women left the hospital w/out asking. At hour 5 I left and went to Mercy where I had an emergency appendectomy. I will never go or recommend a Wing
Emergency room wait time is excessive. People have been here for seven hours!!! If they can not handle the patient load maybe they should have closed them.
Wow. Just called trying to get info on my ill Aunt, who has been there for 5 days +. Was LAUGHED at on the phone by a nurse on the "med surg" floor when I asked her where people go who are homeless and discharged. I'm speechless at the unprofessionalism and heartlessness
