Two stars for front area staff, 4 hours and still not seen. This used to be the place to go to be seen more quickly than the big ER, not anymore.
The staff was excellent, everyone was very nice and responsive. The wait time was surprisingly quicker then I thought for the ER as well. I definitely recommend this hospital and ER over Springfield
Basically every other 1 star review is accurate. If you have another option besides this place, go there instead. And to the staff here... If you don't want to deal with people, then maybe you should find a different job. They treated my severely brain injured mother like she was such an inconvenience just because she had to use the bathroom before we left. The lady let out the longest sigh I've ever heard in my life. There's much more to say, but I'm just done with this place. Hopefully I never have to go back
Staff was great and can honestly say I dont think it's their fault. Not enough space. I was there at noon and did not even get seen for 5 hours then was put in a hall. Waited another hour to be seen and waited for test results. I'd say this not a good place if you expect urgent care. One of things I CAN'T believe they don't tell people to quiet down in the waiting room!! People are talking loud like really loud. Talking on telephones etc the TV is so loud.
