Update: I have been to Baystate Wing ER twice since my one star review about the very poor visit in October 2024. I am changing to 3 stars because the two recent visits were excellent. My doctors and nurses both recent visits were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I have never left a negative review before, but I feel it’s my duty to warn others of the dangerous and incompetent medical staff that I encountered. Shitty worst place I've ever been treated at 11 hours I had to sit in a bloody room with my wife and daughter after a severe car crash this place is trash surprised no lives have been lost do to there laziness dirtiness and lack of care for the patients
Nicest, best ER nurses in the world!
I'm sick and tired of hospital ERs kicking out me and others after discharge who come by ambulance and have either no way to get home or have nowhere to go. It's evil. Period.
I'D leave 10 stars if I could.The intake, triage, Lauren Driscoll and Tati (Tatianna) treated me like a vip. Doctor Spence was friendly and helpful. They were all patient and great to talk too. They made a terrible situation bearable . These people are amazing and down to earth . They deserve more people voicing their praises. I hope the management of Wings celebrates there workers and also understands tht all of them are truly great and amazing at there jobs.
