Came all the way here on the bus for nothing! I'm pissed. They claim they're closed due to a high volume of patients yet there's literally NO ONE in the waiting room!! How do you close 3 hours early?? Sign says to go to Baystate, who tells you to come here. Not trying to wait at the ER for 10 hrs for something urgent care can handle in 20 mins or less. This is absolutely unacceptable. Y'all need to figure this out. Get it together. People already don't feel well then have to experience this inconvenience. 0 stars i could.
This used to be the best place to go for emergency issues, but it has gone totally downhill. Walked in a few weeks ago around 3 p.m. to an empty waiting room, only to be told we couldn't be seen without an appointment. When I asked how to make one, they said to call but they were full for the day. We managed to get into the pediatrician and got medicine for my daughter's ear infection. Took my son for an eye infection. In and out experience nice friendly staff
horrible workers , very rude , my child was very sick ‘ looked and sounded very sick and they refused him.
Quick and easy. However many insurance is not covered so check beforehand. Entrance is around to the front of the building which was a little confusing with no signs. Doctor was knowledgeable and great as well as having nice nurses.
