Unbelievable, my Primary care physician referred me to a "therapist" from the same hospital which is Belchertown Clinic and we had 2 appointments for a total of 2 weeks of having this therapist and she's said, oh it seems like your doing better so you don't need my therapy services anymore, even though I obviously need it because it takes more than 2 weeks of therapy to get growth. Not a real hospital, they don't care too much about their patients it seems. I 100% do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

The doctor himself was great, but the office staff is unfriendly...and no one answers the phone! I have been trying for weeks to get the doctor's insurance number for a referral and can't get through!
Great service! I arrived about 9:30 in the morning and got checked right in. Just as my bottom was hitting the seat they were already calling my name. I only waited a few minutes for the doctor after the nurse did my initial bp and such. I have seen places that get you right in but then you wait a long time. The doctor pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
Nice to have urgent care in town, and these people really try, but some of the doctors here are "skaters" who do the minimum. (Beauzille) Was pretty poorly treated at this place several times, and was injected violently with a tetanus shot which still hurt six months after, because the policy there is to do the shot in one instant i.e. "fast and furious" verbatim words from the manager there, and a registered nurse told me that the shot should be 'laid in' without sudden force, and that this is a bad policy.
