Was very nervous, but everything was explained thoroughly and it was quick and generally painless.
All staff were polite, friendly and professional! My tech was Eric and he knew I was nervous and really helped put me at ease!!!
Never terribly busy so no long wait. Very high turnover of doctors in general at Baystate 🤨 Wheelchairs available for the long ride to the cardiovascular & gyn offices.

I had my first ever mammogram at the Baystate Radiology & Imaging Center in Northampton. Thanks to the TOP-NOTCH lead technician, Kris Hedblom, it was a breeze! She was outstanding! Her expertise, with 35 years of experience, put my anxiousness to rest. She was very professional 'and' caring... the caring part is what makes the difference- anyone can be professional but not everyone is caring, thoughtful and patient. I literally thanked God for her when I left the appointment. :)
