The care was great. The major issue was that the nurses foisted a walker off on me after I came out of anesthesia from surgery on two toes. Now I have an $85 bill for a walker I didn't need and have never used. It's sitting in my basement with the tags on it. Stop padding the bill at the expense of the patient.
Amazing! So professional, clean and state of the art. The staff is warm and friendly. I had shoulder surgery with Dr. Garver, which went extremely well. A totally different experience than having surgery at baystate hospital.
I had meniscus surgery just last week. Everyone there made me feel very much at ease. The nurses were wonderful every step of the way. I want to thank all of them especially Dr Ziegler.
Needed emergency surgery in early November, surgical center refused to perform surgery unless I paid copay and deductible. I paid both then received a bill from the anesthesiologist for my deductible, when I contacted surgical center with my insurance company in December we were given the run around claiming they submitted it to the office manager and I would receive a credit in my original form of payment. I had Dr. Gotha and 10 days after I suffer with a 103.5 fever and turns out I have an infection. Not to mentions that she permits me to go back to school after 2 days recovery from the ankle surgery.
