If I could get this place 0 stars I would, ray? The RN makes this place look absolutely disgusting. Not only cussing in front of my autistic kid but asking extremely rude and insulting questions; I hope she gets the helps she needs, sad excuse for an RN

This is my second experience with the ER at Noble Hospital. Both times I experienced relatively low waiting time considering it was an emergency room. Both times I experienced very friendly and caring medical staff. Could the facilities use an update? Yes, but low wait time and kind medical staff trumps that for me. I thank everyone I encountered last night for taking care of me in a very vulnerable moment. This place is horrible. I've been waiting to be seen n the ER for almost 12 hours at this point. No one working behind the doors can give a clear answer, and that's if they acknowledge you enough to listen, for the most part they pretend to not hear you. If your arm falls off in Westfield, you're better off putting it over your good shoulder and riding a bike to Springfield than to come to Baystate Noble Hospital. Do not waste your time here!

They left my diabetic teen in the waiting room for 9 hours, unable to eat or drink, We came by ambulance because they could not get off the floor at one point Spent the whole 9 hrs vomiting in the waiting room bathroom in severe stomach pain that was not stomach bug related.. I don't know how this hospital is still up and running. Always the longest wait times, with staff not caring who comes and who goes, or the urgency of the matter. Absolutely disrespectful and ridiculous. Go anywhere else but here!
