It is tragic to see a hospital that was once defined by its strong, capable staff unravel under such profoundly poor management. By rewarding mediocrity and punishing excellence, leadership has created an environment where good employees leave and patient care suffers. For a facility so critically needed in this region, this collapse under reckless management is nothing short of disgraceful.

Karen, the discharge planner, is absolutely negligent, dishonest, and completely unfit for her position. She nearly got a family member killed by recklessly discharging him to Care One in Northampton, which she falsely claimed was a “five-star” rehabilitation center. That is an outright lie. Care One is nowhere near five stars it's barely scraping by with a three-star rating, and honestly, even that feels like a stretch given the horrifying experience we had. Karen the discharge planner is horrible and a lair and almost got a family member killed when she set him to a five-star rehabilitation center Care One in Northampton. It is not five stars at all. It's only a three something maybe even lower now
