I have been left in so much pain a lot of times I can not walk 5 steps, I had to cancel a appointment due to no one to help me when I get their not even to push me in a wheel chair, they act like why don't you have your 95 year old parents help out. had me reschedule for dec 1, no real point in going back. I need to find a different neurologist office.

Thought I'd try them even tho multiple people told me they're awful. Tried to make an appointment in March. Got one for August. They called today and said it needs to be rescheduled. The next available is January. 10 months for an appt? Awful. Don't waste your time.

Do not waste your time. I have been a patient for 3 years and they are extremely limited as to the imaging and tests they will order. Getting a prescription through is a nightmare after 2 weeks back and fourth they claim they faxed a script (why don't they get with the times and send it electronically). They originally did to a pharmacy with a different address than I provided, then they resend it with the old type of Magnesium I took even though in my request I stated the type twice. I have had so many issues. Pharmacy calls for refills no response. I had to call three times for same scripts. They are monthly injections that have to be ordered. Change an appointment they say they will call, they don't. Reschedule appointment because doctor was sick and I bust my butt to get there on time, woman never put me on the schedule. Unacceptable. Looking for a new office/doctor.
