We have been using them for 12 years, we started at a different Vet when our Max was a puppy and switched rather quickly. Carolyn and her staff listen and show so much love and affection to their patients. Over the last year when COVID hit our Max had mobility issues and through their portal care Carolyn was able to help our dog. After having too many issues in the waiting room area at other vet offices, I decided to give a mobile vet a try. I am never going back. The staff are incredible and my dog happily greets them each time without fear. It is such a different and positive experience for both me and my dog.
Hands down the group of women the make up Baystate mobile Veterinary service are bar none the most understanding, kind, loving, most educated human beings on this earth when it comes to your animals (four legged family members). I can not ever say enough amazing things about them. You are lucky to be patients of their practice.

The staff here are INCREDIBLE! We found a stray kitten and took him in, little did we know he was FULL of worms and so so sick. They were so diligent about giving us instruction to get him treated as well as keeping our other cat safe. Very thankful they love our fur babies as much as we do!

My husband and I highly recommend Baystate. They are all wonderful and caring people. This week we had to make the decision to have our 12 year old Olde English Bulldog put to sleep. The team that came to our house was amazing. They were kind and loving to our dog Wheezy but also to us too. We highly recommend Baystate, they are a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring team. ♥️

Today we lost our 14 year old Goldendoodle. She was sick with a tumor, but overnight she became much worse and needed emergency euthanasia. The care from the wonderful staff at Baystate helped make this difficult transition much easier with their compassion and understanding. We cannot thank you enough!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was today for our sweet 11-year old lab Lucy. When I called this morning, they fit Lucy in to be seen today at our home and it was so nice to see such care and concern for her. I would highly recommend that if you have a senior dog, it was a wonderful experience for her and for us! Thank you again Baystate Mobile Vet!

Baystate Mobile Veterinary Services is the best. I switched my dogs because their other vet wanted me to tranquilize them before each visit. The ladies are great and my dogs are not afraid of them. They take their time and are great with the dogs. They will take as long as they need with your pet so the are not stressed out or upset.
