Michael McCool is the best. He is caring and thoughtful and takes time to listen.
Ashley is the best! I was having a very hard time getting a cardiac rehab appointment through my new cardiology office. I contacted Baystate Medical (my primary is there) and she was so kind and understanding. She did not make me feel like she was annoyed. Because of a call Ashley made, I got an appointment two days later. This was something she didn't have to do. It was up and above! She truly cares about her patients and I wish everyone in the medical field could be the same. I'm so very grateful.
Dr McCool is amazing! I struggled for two years to get a doctor to take my neck pain seriously. Had they ordered an mri, they would have found that I have severe spinal stenosis in my neck. Dr McCool got the ball rolling and within a month or so, I received my first injection. I was a semi-professional athlete and ran 6 Ragnars and played ice hockey up until last year.
