25+ min hold times to speak to the rudest front staff. Even my pediatrician couldn’t understand why they are in the worst mood ever. We went for a visit for my daughter’s gallbladder. It took 3 weeks for them to set up and ultrasound. And after my daughter had been seen the nurse who called me back had absolutely no clue about anything she was speaking about (must never read the chart) I gave it 1 star because the doctor actually returned the call after having to ask for a supervisor..

Called to make appt for a relatively minor procedure AFTER having gone at BayState urgent care the day before Ave bring told to see a surgeon. Despite having PPO, NOT HMO, they require a PCP referral. Makes no sense whatsoever. All or does is increase costs and time to receive care

After waiting over an hour with an appointment decided to take our business elsewhere where they might be more timely. Patients time is valuable as well.
