Called for ER follow up visit, my phone call was returned over a month and a half later. ER follow ups are supposed to be within a week, and not even my calls can be returned or acknowledged in that time. “Oh sorry, we’re so behind on phone calls”, that is no excuse. If you cannot handle your patient load, you work within a large healthcare system where you can assist in diverting patients. Horrible practice, look somewhere else for care.
Worst doctors office in the world! They had me wait for a year for an appointment... Only for that appointment to be cancelled because they lost the doctor... Then made me wait for months to a year for the new doctor appointment with the replacement doctor... That doctor quit before my appointment.... Then scheduled me for a 3rd doctor's appointment only to call me days before and cancel because my insurance is now "out of network." Waited for years to be seen.... Litterally... And now I am being told... Oh well sorry sucks ... read more
