They say it takes up to a day for a response time frame but so far I'm on the second day of waiting from a response from my doctor and what to do as far as a treatment plan for my needs and my condition seems to be woresing instead of getting better and they are still giving me the standard they'll call back around 5:15pm call back time which must be a joke because they are closed at 5pm according to Google so why would anyone call me around that time?
I wouldn't recommend going to this facility for your healthcare needs. I was never given notice that my primary doctor left the facility and they didn't schedule me a new appointment with a new provider. It takes days to weeks for someone to follow up for booking an apt and refilling medications. UPDATE: I erased my 4 star review that praised this place for close to 10 years. Still great nurses and assistants through the years. Some new and some old ones. Including Karen, Caroline, Dizeese, Elba, and others. Now that Dr. Bucknor is gone I got another doctor, Alliam Regan to do a hospital follow up. She might be nice, but rushes, she doesn't look at patient history or even process their own questionaire correctly.
