Waiting more than 3 hours on the phone just to reach someone in health records department is crazy. It’s not like they have people constantly walking in to talk to them, this is just completely careless and lazy . Came back to say I’ve called the office 3 separate days and each call I waited 2 hours. On top of the situation I have waited 9 days for them to send my records over to a different hospital and they haven’t. They told me that they legally have 9 days. If I could get zero stars I would this building is useless. It’s just money hungry. Don’t actually care to help anyone if you die they could care less they sell your organs and make more money with my 83-year-old father in the ER for 24 hours and wouldn’t let me go in with him. They did not give him water for 24 hours. His wheelchair bound at that time went in on Friday died on Monday. They are all useless and I hope they all burn in hell. At least the ones that are the decision makers on patient care.
After a one night stay and hip replacement surgery, hoping for the best, the facts are: during my 24 hours, the average wait time for a nurse to respond to the call button was 15-30 minutes minutes, (I was told they were busy and short staffed); the air bed, comfortable enough when inflated, made movements and sounds, no doubt helping the extremely infirm with circulation, kept me up all night, And there is no turning off the sounds and movement!.... until I finally asked a nurse to unplug the bed at 3AM and I slept on the e... read more

Busy but well-organized. A key hospital for Western Mass with strong specialties and emergency services. Grateful for the quality care and resources available here. 🩺
