I went there this morning for a cat scan and I got excellent service one of the best care I ever received makes me disappointed that Baystate decided to shut this place down soon. They should leave it alone Baystate wing is becoming more crowded because this hospital is closing. I wish Baystate CEO had second thoughts about closing this place. Not fair for people who live in Ware to Drive all way to Wing. Hospital the care I received this morning is top notch
Great stress free appointment. Everyone prompt and very nice. We can only hope to keep these services at marylane.
Put in medicine to be sent to pharmacy for my daughter and the nurse in pediatric got the whole thing messed up waited all day for medicine to be sent due to her mistake my daughter needs it to focus in school
Everyone was kind and friendly. All these years I went to Baystate Marylane. The staff were awesome. I can't say nothing bad about my experiences at this hospital.
Mary Lane is a hospital where I've had mostly negative, but few positive experiences. ER doctor's are mostly very unprofessional, with lack of bedside manner & lack of respect for patient's. I waited quite some time, many hours, when I went to the ER for a massive migraine & was told by the doctor immediately upon meeting that I "wasn't getting any narcotic pain medication".
