I have put in four requests for a medication refill that have gone unanswered over the course of a week+ Multiple portal messages multiple phone calls to the office and still nothing. On my first visit here for a yearly physical the doctor seemed bored and started to talk over me and interrupt me when I was trying to explain past difficulties with other doctors. I’ll be yet again going elsewhere. Edit: They just copy and pasted a reply from a previous negative review. Just shows how terrible and apathetic this place is.
I don’t typically write negative reviews but today’s appointment rubbed me the wrong way. After waiting about 4 months to see a specialist I felt like my doctor didn’t take me seriously, spoke over me and interrupted me when I was trying to explain symptoms, and came across extremely condescending. The first two things he said to me was hi nice to meet you, and the next was a pop quiz on hormones.. Twice throughout our talk he kept saying “you won’t die” because of my concern. Easy to get too off of rte 5 and near rate 91.
Called 10+ times and spoke with several people desperately trying to retrieve post exam notes my PCP made. Should be simple, right? Finally was able to get 2 of the 3 recommendations and gave up on the third. And yeah, the receptionists are rarely nice. Why is it that they have to be rude and so unhealthy looking lol! Like it seems like an okay job with an average amount of stress. Lastly, my therapist SARA TYLER literally said 'do you have anyone you can talk about this with?'
