I have put in four requests for a medication refill that have gone unanswered over the course of a week+ Multiple portal messages multiple phone calls to the office and still nothing. On my first visit here for a yearly physical the doctor seemed bored and started to talk over me and interrupt me when I was trying to explain past difficulties with other doctors. I’ll be yet again going elsewhere. Edit: They just copy and pasted a reply from a previous negative review. Just shows how terrible and apathetic this place is.
I don’t typically write negative reviews but today’s appointment rubbed me the wrong way. After waiting about 4 months to see a specialist I felt like my doctor didn’t take me seriously, spoke over me and interrupted me when I was trying to explain symptoms, and came across extremely condescending. The first two things he said to me was hi nice to meet you, and the next was a pop quiz on hormones.. Twice throughout our talk he kept saying “you won’t die” because of my concern.
