I don’t typically write these reviews but my experience yesterday was pretty bad. The only competent employee I had was the woman working the front desk. After that the nurse (short hair female with glasses) was beyond rude, I was there for an extremely painful internal issue that was causing sharp pains throughout my body. I went there for to get some tests performed. The care and service was good, but there were problems with getting the test results completed and sent. trying to call them and get things sorted on the phone was unbelievably difficult, a maze of options, waiting on hold, speaking to people that were not in the building, couldn't help and didn't know how to help.
