New here, took care of me from the start. I have also asked them to fill out a Difficult Scouts of America form twice... And they were very patient with me. And filled it out... I'd like to thank Meghan Provost and her Top Notch Staff...
They take too long to give you an appointment and when your appointment finally arrives, they don't really listen to your symptoms.
Checked in for urgent care three hours ago with my toddler and flu symptoms. Got moved to the exam room an hour ago. We just passed out and had a 45 minute nap in there. No one has checked on us. Still haven’t seen a doctor.
I had a very pleasant experience here, they have a great location with plenty of parking and the building looks modern inside and out. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful and I thought the waiting area was comfortable although I did not have to wait very long as they were very efficient the day of my visit.
Worst possible answering service that they have. They do not return phone calls. This office is too busy to deal with people. You have to wait 20 minutes to get checked in and you have to chase down prescription refill
