Great medical facility and close to my home. Beats having to go into the North end of Springfield.
Before I made an appointment online, I made sure that they took a first oatients and availability. I was optimistic when I had an appointment scheduled within a week. I show up at set appointment 15 minutes Early. 40 minutes later, I asked receptionist where I am in the queue. She says “she’s running behind”. I asked to reschedule, and she told me June is next available. Seriously? You couldn’t have told me that she’s running behind? I had to ask you? After you had your 30 minute break. I’m good.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my mammography experience at 21 Dwight Road in Longmeadow. From the moment I walked in, I was filled with anxiety — especially since this was my very first mammogram. I was so nervous, in fact, that my husband had to drive me to the appointment because I was completely freaking out. From the start, Yanira Rodriguez immediately put me at ease. I'm is disbelief of what I experience with my autistic son on 12/21, I thought I was bringing my son to a safe and welcoming environment didn't know the was going to be discriminated because he was autistic. My son has been to this facility a few times for the same issue virus that he gets from school.
