I feel like I was persuaded into a robotic surgery as opposed to a traditional surgery for an inguinal hernia. I met with the office multiple times before the surgery to express my apprehension towards laparoscopic procedure. My concerns were nerve damage and mobility issues after the surgery. So friendly and made me feel at ease even though I got suuuuper lost and went to 2 different wrong buildings. All of the staff I encountered were 10/10 friendly and kind. Short wait time and I felt listened to.
The entire team is awesome. Dr. Hubbs, Lori my awesome anesthesia nurse, Maria, Marisa, Colleen, Courtney, and Amanda took such great care of me. I went in super anxious, and they helped ease my mind and treated me great.
