The entire team is awesome. Dr. Hubbs, Lori my awesome anesthesia nurse, Maria, Marisa, Colleen, Courtney, and Amanda took such great care of me. I went in super anxious, and they helped ease my mind and treated me great.
Reception is awful. If you don’t like your job go find another one. You don’t have to be rude cuz you hate your job.
I forgot to thank the staff plus the ones I did not get their names. I had several procedures for my kidney, including general anesthesia twice+ staying in the hospital 2 nights. All within 2 months, and it was a very positive experience. This is for services provided March-April 2022. This 5 Star review is for Kathryn in Reception and Robin who was doing the temperature checks at the elevator. I had a not so great experience with an appointment that I was very anxious about even making and showing up for. When I got there I learned their automated confirmation system cancelled my appointment instead of confirming it.
