Does NOT return calls on urgent matters, does NOT follow through with tests. If I could leave zero stars I would. This is not healthcare.
I have been a patient at Baystate Neurology for the last 8 years and have seen just as many providers. It’s crazy to be a patient of a medical practice where you have a neurological problem and not have continuity in care. Every time I think I’m getting somewhere I have to start all over again. I’ve also had times where I have called the office because I’ve not felt well and it’s ignored. [EDIT] 2026 I wrote my initial review 2 years ago when Dr Saunders was in office. He was amazing! Since then, I've been working with Christina Latorra and I've been ghosted since September. Several portal messages, voicemails, and calls with staff since September and I have yet to receive any sort of call or message back. I'm looking for a new office since I can not keep waiting for months to get back on standard treatment. --- 2024 I love having Dr Saunders as my neurologist!!
