My specialist, Suriya Jeyapalan, called me on 9/13 and asked me to call the office to reschedule my follow-up appointment. My partner, who is my emergency contact and has permission to access my information, called Wednesday, 9/16, to ask if we needed to reschedule. The office told us they saw no updates on their end and confirmed my appointment for 9/21 @ 2pm was still scheduled. While the PA I see here is great, the office staff is terrible! I have never waited on hold for longer. I have tried having them call me back, they never do. I have left messages, no response. I have telehealth appointments with no reminder messages, a single phone call that if you miss by 1 second there is no way to call back without waiting on hold and totally missing your appointment slot. Every time I call I have to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes. It's a doctor's office, not Verizon customer support.
