[EDIT] 2026 I wrote my initial review 2 years ago when Dr Saunders was in office. He was amazing! Since then, I've been working with Christina Latorra and I've been ghosted since September. Several portal messages, voicemails, and calls with staff since September and I have yet to receive any sort of call or message back. If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not like my neurologist and want to see a different provider and THEY DO NOT LET PATIENTS CHANGE DOCTORS!! Are you kidding me? As a patient, I have the right to switch doctors if I feel like I'm not being heard and they absolutely refuse to let patients switch. That is a disgusting policy that is very anti-patient's rights. It's unethical to force patients to stay with a doctor that doesn't listen or just isn't the right fit (because that's a valid reason too). I will never go back t... read more
