Do not waste your time. I have been a patient for 3 years and they are extremely limited as to the imaging and tests they will order. Getting a prescription through is a nightmare after 2 weeks back and fourth they claim they faxed a script (why don't they get with the times and send it electronically). They originally did to a pharmacy with a different address than I provided, then they resend it with the old type of Magnesium I took even though in my request I stated the type twice. I have had so many issues. Pharmacy calls for refills no response. I had to call three times for same scripts. They are monthly injections that have to be ordered. Change an appointment they say they will call, they don't. Reschedule appointment because doctor was sick and I bust my butt to get there on time, woman never put me on the schedule. Unacceptable. Looking for a new office/doctor.
My personal experience has been a positive one with Baystate Neurology. I see Dr. Bayer for Migraine care and she's lovely - very professional, knowledgeable and genuine. She really takes the time to explain and explore your options. The only downfall is it's very difficult to actually get in with her, the upside is her PA, Rachel is just as knowledgeable and helpful really taking the time.
