If I could give less than a star I would. Dr Cobb, Girard Dugan and the rest of the team at Baystate Gastro are incompetent at best. You won't get hear back from them ever about your concerns. Talking to a supervisor does nothing. I would strongly urge you to seek treatment elsewhere for your own healths sake and sanity
I had a wonderful treatment with Girard Dugan. He's is timely. Efficient and clear. He runs test and he listens. I will he seeing him soon for a follow up.
The entire Baystate health system is awful. No follow up, they don’t call you with results, they don’t call you to schedule procedures. I’ve received bills for visits with doctors I’ve never even seen. If you care about your health, go elsewhere.
Laura seriously need to know how to operate a phone. If you “accidentally” hang up on a person slamming a phone down. You call them back. Rude. I waited four days for them to give me a follow up appointment from a ER visit. Instead I got multiple people not knowing what to look at on a Current CT and no calls back or appointment. Thank you for you’re unprofessionalism.
