Hard working people. The owner is one of the most knowledgeable and always willing to help and make things right. We spend tremendous amount of money on flowers and being loyal customers to Bay State in Benford for few years. As always, you will have bad apples, but if you raise a concern, you will be heard. You need to know your flowers.

Alberto’s behavior toward my mother has been extremely disappointing and concerning. My mother has been a loyal customer here for several years. She is a kind, respectful woman who comes in with the intention of purchasing multiple roses, especially for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. She supports this business consistently. Love coming to Baystate! They go above and beyond to try and meet your needs. What a great group of people over there- that are knowledgeable, and friendly. My Job as a florist wouldn't be as good as it is without them!
