Today was a tough day for my son who had a major meltdown (who as ASD and ADHD) before being seen. The front desk receptionist knew what we were going through and instead of forcing the apt she spoke to the doctor and we rescheduled. Also a nurse helped me get my son safely to the car too. It wasn't an ideal situation for any of us, but they understood.
Try cancelling an appointment! I first did it in writing, but still received a reminder postcard a few months later. I called and left a message and still got a reminder phone call a few weeks later. I wonder if they will get the message when I DON'T SHOW UP!!!!!
I have been trying to get through to book an appointment ALL WEEK and today no one is answering the main phone number at all! Disgraceful how patients are treated this way with such an A List of Doctors. Time to clean house of support staff.
