I am shocked by the fact that I waited about 8.5-9 hrs from 9pm to 5am only to find out that they marked me as walk away at 2 am!!! So I fell asleep sometime closer to 2 am and I guess I didn't hear them calling my name. No body came closer to me !!??? How is that possible? Could they come up with a system that would register people who walks out? Could they check with people who fell asleep? I gave 3 stars because they did help my toddler before.

Terrible hospital, I won't come here again. The wait is very long, no one cares about the patients here.

My son waited 8 hours. His finger was smashed so badly the nail ripped in half, the skin ripped apart, bones broke, and he lost feeling in the finger. It looks like the skin is starting to die near the torn open area. He didn't even make it past the waiting room. He was told his finger is broken and handed a splint to put on himself. I would like to express my concerns regarding the level of care and professionalism observed in this Emergency room. It is disheartening to see individuals who have trained as nurses, medical assistants, or physician assistants displaying a lack of empathy and concern for patient well-being. If the health of patients is not a priority, one must question the motivation behind pursuing these professions.
