I would like to express my concerns regarding the level of care and professionalism observed in this Emergency room. It is disheartening to see individuals who have trained as nurses, medical assistants, or physician assistants displaying a lack of empathy and concern for patient well-being. Was here with my boyfriend after he slid on ice and crashed into a power line had a gushing bloody nose with major head pain sat in waiting room for 2 hours and hour and 40 minutes of us being the only ones in there with no help definitely don’t count on them if your in pain!

I was in the waiting room for 9 hours. They do their best but will never go here again. No more for profit healthcare
