I will never, ever use Baystate Dental to get new dentures done. They never fit right and I had a reline done. My dentures were not even a year old and the uppers cracked in half. I called them and explained the situation and they told that the warranty is only for 6 months. I sent the upper to a Dental lab and it cost me $620.00 to get them repaired and done right. When you spend $ 2200.00 for a set a Dentures you would expect them to last, not in the case.
Five stars for Dr. Vinay Kapoor in our Wilbraham Massachusetts office. He is one of the most talented dentist in the Northeast. Such a wonderful bedside manner and patience. Dr. Kapoor has a knack for making a very stressful challenging situation seem like a walk in the park. Very fortunate to have Dr. Kapoor for my dental care needs. thank you Mike King
