Excellent care with the patient
Horrible waited 2 hours with my Grandmother Rapid care then had to go through a half hour of questions and phone calls to Mary Lane to verify some information with x-ray! They need better system to make Rapid care faster �

After going to rapid care here and told I had a sprain I went to the emergency room spending 9 hours of my day for them to tell me I did in fact damage the ligaments in my arm and hand more than just a strain and will in fact need to follow up with a hand surgeon. Rapid care did not offer any help with the pain which is getting worse by the day.
