RecommendedJust wanted to give a little info about my recent visit to the ER. I am currently recovering from a total knee replacement that was done at Baystate 7 days ago. I live in Westfield. I have a history of blood clots in that leg. When my PT tech came to the house he was concerned about the size and warmth of my calf. He called the surgeon’s office and they told me to get to an ER immediately. I went to Noble. The immediately sat me in a wheelchair and we exchanged all the pertinent information. RecommendedAlex has been wonderful. He is gentle and calm which is helpful during therapy. Very knowledgeable. Happy I chose them for my shoulder surgery recovery.

DON"T GO THERE! Impossible to get an appointment w/ a Dr.They cancelled 3 x and the third they didn't bother calling, I drove 1 hour to get there and sorry--Dr. isn't in. Complete indifference, cannot be trusted to run their industry --and it is NOT health care--it is an INDUSTRY --in any way that serves patient needs. Impossible to speak with PERSON on phone unless you want to be on hold for 1/2 hr. THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE, this is a Pharmacy factory.
