Amazing staff, everybody was so nice and made sure I was comfortable
The staff at the center from check in to discharge were top notch, really appreciate the care and compassion they gave.
I recently had an ablation because of atrial fibrillation. Dr. Bhagat, the cardiologist, Mike the anesthesiologist, and the whole nursing staff were very kind and helpful, bringing me through the process. I especially want to thank nurse Lauren for helping me through a minor complication post-surgery.
I accompanied someone to a surgery here and just wanted to share how positive it went, in case anyone else was anxious like I was! Even from check in, everyone was helpful and friendly. Parking is very easy, the wait times were fast, and every single person I interacted with was helpful, kind, and calming. Pre op and post op were great—everyone was communicative and it made a very stressful day as low stress as possible. I had orthopedic surgery yesterday and had a great experience! The staff and providers were all friendly, comforting and respectful. They explained everything going on and we're so kind and caring. I can't say enough good things. I would never hesitate to be treated at Baystate.
