Very poor service from the urgent dental care division at Baystate Franklin. The woman that I spoke with didn't really put the effort or cared about my condition. I’ve been in scrutiny pain for weeks now but they refused to treat me because I’m not one of “their” patients even though it says “urgent” . She didn’t want to book an appointment for me neither.
