Baystate is NOT accomodating toward people who have MassHealth. Their finance dept would constantly send bills, call, harass...instead of just BILLING the insurance. This went on for months and months. They were rude and abusive to the point that it was traumatizing. They actually have a bad local reputation for this. I'd actually put up with it if the people in the back office were competent. Since being with CHD I have NEVER ONCE gotten a bill or collection call.
