Darci is great, modern equipment, clear explanations and descriptions and treatment options. Comfortable and casual experience, and professional and informative at the same time.
After reviewing a few local audiologists I went to Hopkinton Audiology. My first appointment was comfortable and professional complete with a thorough hearing evaluation and follow up explanation of my hearing deficits. Darcy was helpful and knowledgeable matching me with choices of hearing aids at a very resonable price. With no pressure I ordered hearing aides on a trial basis. Darcy is amazing!! I previously bought my hearing aides at Hearing Life in Milford, but was not impressed with their expertise or service over time, they eventually tried to scam me into signing up for a bogus warranty program, beware!!. I've been wearing the same hearing aides for over 5 years.
