I called Ben to reprogram my roller door (after I failed to do it off YouTube) expecting to pay a $200 call out fee. He laughed and said we could fix it over the phone if I gave him the model details. It took no more than 2 mins to fix and I was wrapped. A couple of years ago he came to fix my roller door and didn't charge for the call out then. He is a good bloke and I couldn't recommend him any higher.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company to install your garage door opener. Ben was prompt, reliable and followed through on ALL his promises. I’m thrilled with the job done. The service is exceptional.

I crashed into my roller door when backing my landcruiser into the garage. Called Ben and sent him some photos. He said it was fixable and would be out in an hour and a half to fix it. He is such a professional with an excellent manner and great customer service. He arrived an hour later demonstrating confidence and a lovely smile and fixed and adjusted the door and motor leaving it in a state that you couldn’t see that it had been damaged and it works perfectly again. Following a power surge, the motor on our garage door failed. A phone call to Ben, from Baystar Garage Doors, explaining my problem saw him attend ASAP. I have used him previously in relation to another problem and again I was very pleased with the result. Excellent local business who I recommend.
