昨日ガレージのシャッターのスプリングが切れてしまって開かなくなり修理をお願いしました。 ホリデーにも関わらず数時間で来てくれて手際も良く数十分で直してくれました。 請求額も妥当より少し安くてとても助かりました。 ありがとうございます。

Would give Ben & Team 10 * if I could. Prompt response to my call for urgent repair to garage door. Not only arrived 20 mins later but fixed door immediately as well. Pretty great service on a Sunday afternoon! Thanks Ben & Team, great service!

I finally decided to replace my ageing and troublesome B and D garage door. Ben from BAYSTAR Garage Doors came out promptly to discuss a suitable replacement. He gave me a very reasonable quote and a timeline as to when it would be fitted. He arrived on time and within a couple of hours he had the new door fitted and operating. He took the old one away and left us with a more modern, quieter operating, garage door. BAYSTAR has 5 Star ratings for a reason. Professional, Prompt and Efficient......and Ben's a nice bloke.

I called Ben to reprogram my roller door (after I failed to do it off YouTube) expecting to pay a $200 call out fee. He laughed and said we could fix it over the phone if I gave him the model details. It took no more than 2 mins to fix and I was wrapped. A couple of years ago he came to fix my roller door and didn't charge for the call out then. He is a good bloke and I couldn't recommend him any higher.
