DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! I don't know what's up with VW dealers in NY. First told me $1000 deposit for test drive and there's price adjustment also. When I get there after 1hr traffic, the guy told me they didn't prepare for the test drive let me come back next week. I said okay and didn't complain. Then comes with funniest part next week: They told me there's someone else interested and don't want me test drive. If I could do zero I would. Vincent was annoyed that we hadn't made an appointment for a test drive. Did not show us the features ...wanted to talk out in the hot sun without inviting us back into the showroom. I really liked the reviews of the ID.4. Vincent at Northern blvd is the reason I won't be buying the Volkswagon. Such poor customer service. He seemed completely uninterested in selling us a car and we walked in today ready to purchase. Please don't go to the dealership.
