I originally came in to Bayside Volkswagen just for a routine oil change, but the experience went far above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had me set up with a loaner vehicle in under five minutes—truly the fastest and smoothest process I’ve ever had at a service center. While they had my car, they not only completed the oil change but also replaced my brake pads (which were very low) and performed a full inspection. Never a bad experience with VW Service of Great Neck. Whenever I drop my car off and have to go to work, they provide a courtesy car service. They are very attentive. Even had one of the advisors remove my key from my many key fobs. They are just awesome. Thank you Bayside VW. You will surely have by business again.
Service appointment went smoothly. All requests were performed quickly and efficiently. Got car back clean as a whistle. My service manager, Jackie , was attentive and informative.
