Service appointment went smoothly. All requests were performed quickly and efficiently. Got car back clean as a whistle. My service manager, Jackie , was attentive and informative.
Would not recommend Bayside VW because of their service department. One star should be given but the sales department was very nice. they recommended haldex service at 30k service( my vehicle had 26k. They charged over $800 for the 30k service with the haldex service included in the above price. I checked the air filter and cabin filter after service. Cabin filter looked like it was never changed and engine . The oil was black like rubber when changed and I had it done at 34k before the 10k they recommended. In their defense... read more
