I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bayside Volkswagen Service, specifically regarding a remote start installation. Back in October, I called to ask whether a remote start could be installed on my car. I was told they would check availability and get back to me. I have gotten my car serviced here about 5 + times now & every single time, it is exceptional service!! Service advisor, Jackie is always super sweet & helpful. I have no complaints 😊 It is clear that they care about the consumers needs.

1st and only time. Worst service center. If your car is a CPO(not new) you can't just pull up here and request service you have to make an appointment. Dropped my car off (made an appointment) Thursday @8:20 a.m. specifically told the service center change my headlight. I dropped my car off at 8:20 a.m. Thursday morning and grabbed my car the next day Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. NOTHING was done. You held my car hostage for over 24 hours and NOTHING was done.
