First time bringing my Tiguan here for Service- my advisor Kyle was knowledgeable about every question I had. Service was quick- I dropped of in the morning and vehicle was ready by the end of my day Staff- everyone from the valets, front desk and advisors were courteously.
Always a pleasure to deal with this dealership, both in service and sales. Literally serviced my 2023 Tiguan and, 1 week later, traded it in for a 2026 Atlas. Love both cars, love the sales team, (shout out to the GM Angelo). I got a fair deal on the trade and the new vehicle with a wonderful sales experience. 1st time I dropped off my car to be serviced was because the battery died. It’s a new car I bought it in 10/2026 it was having battery issues . Then they found that a Evap pump needed to be replaced. For some reason I was told NJ did not have the part so I had to wait until Friday, because part was coming in from Wisconsin. I was disappointed that there were no loan cars. Had to bring my car in due to bluetooth/GPS connection issues. This was the second time, but it was a service provider issue. Ted and John worked on testing and reaching out to the service provider until the issue was finally resolved. Ted kept me updated throughout the process. The service was terrific.
