We keep going back for a reason! We have purchased a few cars through Jeffrey Schull at Bayside VW over the years, mostly recently a GTI. Salesmen so rude and snotty doesn't even want a sale. In 2002 I went to this dealer wanting to buy a car. But NO ONE came to talk to me. After a while I left and purchased my VW from another VW dealer nearby. Now it is 2012 and I want to trade in my VW. I decided to go to Bayside VW again but again NO ONE helped me. I was there for 15 minutes. All the dealers were just sitting at their desk. The showroom consisted of 3 parties needing assistance and NONE of the many dealers even got up to greet any of the people in the showr... read more
zero customer satisfaction STAY AWAY! It all started one day prior the appointment when they called me to confirm the appointment and to ask what will I be looking to do once I get there. I told them I need to check transmission oil (NOT to change it as it was new) so the lady that called me put me on hold to ask an "advisor" after 2 minutes she got back and said that the advisor said the transmission oil doesn't need changing. I should have known since then that they are clueless as even the manufacturer has every 40k miles... read more

killers – I brought car in for transmission they had car five days gound nothing wrong. Car drove worst then when i brought it in I almost was killed when car broke down on highway and was rearended i had roadside towcar to Teddy volkswagpn in bronx as soon as car arrived they said it was transmission was tepaired in one day correcley by the wat car is only year old go to Teddys Volkswagon in bronx they cate , they do not send you out in feath ttap

Highly Recommend this Dealership – Buying a car seems to always be a stressful situation. You can be made to feel very uncomfortable with the negotiation process and even more uncomfortable and pressured if you can not come to a "meeting of the minds" on price.
