After a month of living here, I can honestly say I love my apartment at Bayside Villas. Rachelle, the property manager, is so wonderful. She always has such a positive attitude and demeanor, and has always done everything in her power to make sure I’m happy with my apartment. She also genuinely seems to care that I’m happy in life, in general. She even made sure to communicate with me about my move in within a day of just having a baby!! The best apartment community EVER. I have been here for a year now and love it! All of the neighbors are friends and it really is like a giant family here. Rachelle in the office and maintenance gentleman Robert are incredible! They stay on top of everything and are always quick to respond to texts/calls. An amazing team. I don’t plan on ever leaving because I love it here so much!

Love it here, our paradise for 10 yrs
We have had several property managers over the last couple of years that have done nothing for the residents here. Then along came Robert & Rachelle all i can say is wow!! They are certainly on top of everything we need . They truly care about the residents here and go above and beyond customer service. Thank you both for all you do for us.
