Very disappointing experience. We waited almost 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable. The wait was extremely long and frustrating, and we are very unhappy with the service. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.
Dr. Wallace has been our family’s go to physician whenever we need urgent care ever since we moved to Clearwater, and we truly can’t say enough good things about him and Bayside Urgent Care. I have minor vasovagal syncope (okay maybe medium-level) and the phlebotomist Victor who drew my blood was so professional and did everything so perfectly. I would be remiss to not thank him and write a good review on Bayside Urgent care.
