Went in because I was having intense panic attacks and anxiety from something I witnessed. As I was filling out the paper work I was then told they can’t treat or help me. This is urgent care that just sent me away and dismissed me in my time of need. Shocked.
The provider was kind and we received good care, so I appreciate that. However, the front desk experience needs improvement. One staff member (Rhode) was very unfriendly and there was no greeting and the interaction felt rude and dismissive. I understand policies regarding minors and documentation, but the way it was communicated lacked basic customer service. Another staff member was polite (Karen?) so it seems inconsistent. A more welcoming and professional check-in experience would make a big difference
Had to bring our one year old here while on vacation. Dr Wallace was so good with him and he loved Dixie the dog. We’re grateful we found this place. Thank you!
